On Sunday, December 23, liberal New York newspaper The Journal News published the names and addresses of legal pistol permit holders in two counties online and in print. A second home identified by the Journal News as possessing guns was burglarized on Wednesday night. The thieves stole a gun safe on the third floor of the home.

But guns and a gun safe were stolen shortly after their location was pinpointed on a map. I suppose that any abortion doctor that was murdered had nothing to do with the release of their names either, eh?

I just want to say these are certainly statistical oddities. The chances that two homes out of all the, what - hundreds of thousands? - on the list would be robbed at random is practically nill,
so we know its the newspaper's fault.

I mean if I published a list of hundreds of thousands of names and two of them got robbed that would be practically impossible to happen by chance.
