If you look at where most if not all of the riots and looting is going on, you see it's in democratic-controlled cities and states and for a long time too. So if the police dept is at fault, as they sometimes are, then who the fuck is really at fault? It's been more than 50 years since the 1968 riots, so why are the big cities still having this problem? This ain't a federal thing, it's local with each city, county, and state being responsible for law and order in their jurisdictions. If that Seattle mayor wants to pin blame on somebody then maybe she ought to look in the mirror.
