In the recent overturning of Roe vs. Wade and the recent ruling about powers of the EPA in West Virginia vs. the EPA, SCOTUS has ruled on both accounts in favor of democracy

Roe will now be decided at the local level, where voters may choose those who decide rulings on such matters

And the EPA decision will force Congress to make laws that voters may either embrace or reject via the vote instead of the country being herded around with regulations from an army of unelected bureaucrats in the Executive Branch.

Democracy won on both rulings as Leftists are enraged at the prospect of 9 black robes dictating to us on matters such as what constitutes a human life and an arm of bureaucrats we can neither embrace or reject that control us.

Glad I could fix that for ya.

I really wish you all would make up your mind, are we are democracy or not?

Democracy doesn’t win when a bunch of misogynist christofasciats try to tell 80% of the country what to do

Wingnut radicals are barely smart enough to tie your own shoes. You have no business telling anyone else what to do

There's no way of saying it other than saying that the Scotus has stripped away a very large part of America's rights and freedoms.
