SCOTUS allows Trump to finish dismantling the Department of Education

Having Colleges and Universities finance students' education is arguably a better, more accountable (and safer) system but IMHO there's no reason that private banks and states can't institute student loans if they choose AS LONG AS THERE ARE NO FEDERAL BAILOUTS IF THEIR LOAN PORTFOLIOS GO BELLY UP.

Risk management and accountability for Me, risk management and accountability for thee. 😁

The sooner the total destruction of the old Demofuk party, the better.

Something akin to socially responsible (socialism) government in America could rise from the ashes.

If that can't happen then Trump can lead the 10 year 4th. Reich.

Accountability is key.
And the closer it is to the seller (college), the better.
Maybe the colleges should co-sign the loans from the banks?

Another win for Trump! Another win for America! I'm anxious to see the ruling, especially the justice who can't define herself.

Sauer said the “reduction in force” plan involves 1,378 employees, adding that the government has been “crystal clear” that it is not part of an effort to eliminate the department altogether as some Republicans want.

Only Congress can do that, Sauer acknowledged

This is another stupid move. Most state universities are land-grant. They were created by the federal government.

The Department of Dem Money Laundering to Dems is being dismantled? Well done Mr. President! :eusa_clap:

No. We want those who sign for a loan to be on the hook. That’s how loans work.
Why should I have to pay off someone elses loan, to a corrupt higher education system that charges multiple times what the degree was even worth because Dems got the Federal government to guarantee the loan?
