So you agree with Tyson that it is your appearance that defines your sexuality? That if you dress as a man or a woman, then you are what you dress?

I believe Cole has it right, it is not your outer looks that matter but how you feel about yourself, not to get caught up in the outward appearance. For the mental health aspect, the idea of having surgery, maybe stick with the body you are in and adapt because as Tyson explained, and Cole experienced you may feel differently the next day.
