This idea has been worked on since well before that 2017 article. For example: Transgenic Pigs Shatter Transplant Records



The article on Inforwars is actually just an article from sciencemag. The video, on the other hand, in which Alex Jones claims "They're growing humanoids up to 50 and 60 pounds inside cows and inside pigs," is hilariously ridiculous. "I was 12 years old and they were creating humanoids inside cows and pigs publicly."

The actual Infowars content is laughable, but the sciencemag article about research into genetically modifying pigs so that organ transplants avoid rejection issues is believable.
