Schumer Moves to Silence Criticism of Israel as Hate Speech With 'Antisemitism Awareness Act'

Those who support Zionist Judaism/Zionist Jews in their beliefs and actions are anti-human, hate America, and are evil.

If you did not take the time to click my link ofbreesking news I see no reason to enlighten you.

Have a nice day.
Sure. If you couldn't excerpt a salient sentence to make whatever whataboutism point you thought you were making, I wasn't going to trawl through your link to find whatever argument you imagined you had put forward.

Perhaps the next target of his criticism will be the ICC.

Perhaps Schumer wants to silence this sort of talk...

The court's action is a “reminder to U.S. officials that they’ve been aiding [Israelis] credibly accused of war crimes,” said a former State Department lawyer.

Of course. I wouldn't be able to criticize Israel, Zionists, or Jews, due to the risk of being criminally prosecuted. Only in America do we have the 1st Amendment right to express our opinions, whatever they might be. In Western Europe, Canada, and Australia, we couldn't have this discussion. Tell me who you can't criticize and I'll tell you who your master is.

I really enjoy watching you do all this work, ya got any more propaganda videos I won't watch?

I'm not embedding that for you idiot. Do you actually think I respond to you with the expectation of convincing you of anything? I know your head is so far up your ass, that you'll never see the light. You'll remain in stinky darkness forever. I don't do this for you.

ROFLMAO, ya know the video in the middle of that post proves the friendly fire from Israel was a tragic mistake. Feel free to pretend otherwise but the facts presented proves you're a liar. I bet you have an assortment of rainbow nazi arm bands. Still laughing.

Israel isn't a democracy, it's a Jewocracy. A democracy for Jews and if you're not Jewish in a Jewish State, you're a second-class citizen by default, at best. Not to speak of the Palestinian non-citizens who are being illegally occupied, dehumanized, and slaughtered, in the West Bank, West Jerusalem, and Gaza.

BS, Arabs living in Israel have the same voting rights as any other citizen.

All of the evidence points to it not being a friendly fire incident. They new it was an American ship, and even admitted it. So again, you're being a disingenuous shithead, like always. That's typical OKTexas.

Ya might want to actually watch the videos you post, it says just the opposite. I always knew you was a liar.

The case for the systemic discrimination against Palestinian Arab citizens of Israel is well-documented by numerous human rights organizations, including Human Rights Watch, B'Tselem, and the United Nations. The evidence highlights structural inequalities enshrined in law and policy that perpetuate a regime of Jewish dominance over non-Jewish citizens within Israel proper.

While Palestinian Arabs comprise roughly 20% of Israel’s population, they control only about 3% of the land. This stark disparity is rooted in policies that have historically restricted land access and ownership. Since its establishment, Israel has implemented laws like the Absentees' Property Law of 1950, which allowed the state to confiscate land belonging to Palestinian refugees and internally displaced persons. These measures ensured that Palestinians were systematically excluded from reclaiming land, even if they had not crossed international borders. The state's control of 93% of land through mechanisms like the Jewish National Fund effectively marginalizes Palestinians, making it nearly impossible for them to lease or purchase property in large swathes of the country.

In education and employment, Palestinian citizens of Israel experience significant disparities. Palestinian-majority schools receive far less funding per student than their Jewish counterparts, resulting in poorer facilities, fewer resources, and lower outcomes. These inequities extend to employment opportunities, where Palestinians face discrimination in hiring practices and are often concentrated in lower-paying jobs. Industrial zones, a major source of tax revenue and economic growth, are disproportionately located in Jewish-majority areas, leaving Palestinian municipalities underfunded and struggling to provide basic services.

One of the most glaring examples of institutional discrimination is the Nation-State Law passed in 2018. This law explicitly defines Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish people, prioritizing Jewish self-determination while excluding Palestinians from the same right. It also declares Jewish settlement as a "national value" to be promoted and encouraged, effectively codifying second-class citizenship for non-Jews. Attempts by Palestinian lawmakers to introduce legislation that emphasizes equality for all citizens are routinely blocked, as the political system allows for disqualification of parties or candidates who challenge the Jewish character of the state.

Residential segregation is another clear indicator of inequality. The 2011 Admissions Committees Law allows small Jewish communities to screen prospective residents based on "social suitability," a vague standard that has been used to exclude Arabs, among other marginalized groups. This perpetuates spatial segregation and limits Palestinian citizens' access to better housing, education, and employment opportunities. Moreover, ongoing home demolitions in Palestinian communities, both recognized and unrecognized, further marginalize these populations. Villages like Umm al-Hiran face demolition to make way for Jewish settlements, often justified under flimsy legal pretexts or outright fabrications.

Political participation for Palestinian citizens of Israel is stifled by both formal and informal mechanisms. Laws governing political parties and candidacy effectively bar those who advocate for equal rights that challenge the Jewish character of the state. Furthermore, acts of voter suppression, such as the placement of cameras in Arab polling stations, have been employed to intimidate voters and reduce turnout. Statements by prominent Israeli politicians, including Benjamin Netanyahu, have openly framed Arab political participation as a threat, fostering an atmosphere of exclusion.

The systemic barriers faced by Palestinian citizens of Israel are not incidental but are part of a broader policy framework designed to maintain Jewish supremacy. As organizations like B'Tselem and Amnesty International have argued, these practices amount to apartheid—a term that signifies the institutionalized domination of one group over another. This conclusion aligns with international legal standards defining apartheid as a crime against humanity.

Dismissing these realities as mere policy differences or security measures ignores the lived experiences of Palestinians and the structural violence they endure. To argue otherwise is to deny the overwhelming evidence provided by reputable human rights organizations and the testimonies of those directly affected by these discriminatory policies.

The witnesses have declared, time and time again, that the Israelis knew they were an American ship and were attacked anyway. So you're the confused liar.

You're clearly the liar and traitor to your country. You're not MAGA, you're MIGA: Make Israhell Great Again.

All of the evidence, government documents, recordings..etc, have been released and the witnesses know exactly what happened. The IDF marine in the helicopter, even flipped the middle finger to Phil Tourney, after the attack, and dozens of American sailors and marines were already dead. You Zionists are anti-American, you should move to Israhell. Go over there. You don't belong here, go over there. Whether you're a Jewish Zionist or a non-Jewish Zionist, go to Israhell. You don't belong here.

No hatespeech laws in America. 1st Amendment.
If Chuck goes against that, he violates his oath of office and there are set penalties.
If he introduces it it is not against his oath of office...

It is the Supreme Court's job to say if a law breaks the constitution...

Stop being so dramatic... It makes you lok like you haven't a fucking clue how the government works...

Present me with the evidence for Zionism, in response to what I've presented so far, and I will read it. Do you have any videos I should watch, that support the Zionist perspective on the issues or on your version of the holocaust, post them here. I'll go over it, and see if what you have reasonably refutes my position.

Let me ask you a question. In Zionist Judaism, how are non-Jews redeemed from hell or how do they establish a relationship with God? How are non-Jews saved from eternal annihilation?
