Schumer Moves to Silence Criticism of Israel as Hate Speech With 'Antisemitism Awareness Act'

Yeah, the pilot of a rescue helicopter, long after the firing ended. And what ship are you talking about, it would be that ships doctor. Damn you're dumber than ditch water.

.
You're the one trying to obfuscate the truth citing a doctor that was on the ship, the "ship's doctor", yes. Are you now resorting to grammar analysis and criticism too? You're quite desperate huh? I'm not referring to the helicopter but the fighter pilot, that attacked the ship. One of the Israeli marines flipped off one of our sailors. I believe our sailors, you can go with your Jewish Zionist masters, believe them vs our sailors and marines. You're a naive idiot if you think the Israelis wouldn't do this to us.

Answer: I invoke my right to remain silent and speak to my attorney.

The kid isn't that crazy after all! He gave the best answer he could ever give sitting in that room.

You posted this video, watch all of it, Then GFY!

You're citing a doctor as if that somehow invalidates what the majority of sailors and marines who survived are saying. That's dumb. The vast majority of them, with few exceptions (Maybe the doctor is a Zionist like you and refuses to believe Israel attacked the USS Liberty, knowing it was an American ship?), believe Israel knew their ship was American. I believe most of the survivors.

I believe the consistent testimony of practically all of the survivors of the Israeli USS Liberty attack. who attest that it was a deliberate action, not an accident:

You're a piece of shit, so you believe whatever the Zionists tell you.

That's a new one!!!! ----uhm----ok "somebody rear-ended you?" "did he
do it DELIBERATELY"??

Rear-ended on the street by another vehicle = Israeli attack on the USS Liberty. Amazing the stupidity.

yes---you are amazingly stupid----how many years were you a medic in the
US Navy? How many times did you testify in court in INJURY cases?

I'm not the one comparing the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty to a car rear-ending another one. You're a dumb *****. Now have the last word and delude yourself into thinking you've "won" something. I have better things to do with my time and energy than continue here going back and forth with a stupid witch.

You are "attempting" to ascribe "motivation" to a Maritime Accident in an arena of war without a scintilla of insight.

"On June 8, 2005 the USS Liberty Veterans Association submitted A Report of War Crimes Committed Against the USS Liberty, June 8, 1967 to the Department of Defense in accordance with the DoD Law of War Program.

The War Crimes Report we filed lists allegations of acts committed during the attack on our ship, including:

  • The jamming of our radios on both US Navy tactical and international maritime distress frequencies;
  • The use of unmarked aircraft by the forces attacking the USS Liberty;
  • The deliberate machine gunning of life rafts we had dropped over the side in anticipation of abandoning ship; and
  • The recall of two flights of rescue aircraft that had een launched from Sixth Fleet aircraft carriers. After those flights were recalled, Sixth Fleet personnel listened to our calls for help as the attack continued knowing they were forbidden to come to our assistance.
The Department of Defense has unilaterally waived its obligation under the Department of Defense Law of War Program by refusing to investigate the allegations contained in the War Crimes Report. The Department of Defense has also refused to provide a speaker to address the crew of the USS Liberty and explain their actions with regard to the War Crimes Report."

that and Adolf Hitler was really jewish.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is trying to ram through the "Antisemitism Awareness Act" to silence criticism of Jews and Israel as hate speech and empower the federal government to crack down on anti-Israel protestors. Will Trump support Schumer's move to make criticizing Israel and Jews illegal, under the pretext of "hate speech"? Are Trump supporters falling in line with AIPAC and its agenda for America and Israhell?

.
The only reason I would be opposed to this is that it might set a precedent for suppressing books like The Bell Curve,

and Race, Evolution, and Behavior.

You're a hopeless case.

As of November 2024, several U.S. states have enacted laws or issued executive orders requiring businesses that seek to contract with the state to certify that they do not participate in the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel. These measures are designed to discourage economic boycotts of Israel by conditioning state contracts on a company's stance regarding BDS.

The following states have such requirements in place:

  • Alabama
  • Arizona
  • Arkansas
  • California
  • Colorado
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Illinois
  • Indiana
  • Iowa
  • Kansas
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Maryland
  • Michigan
  • Minnesota
  • Mississippi
  • Nevada
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • North Carolina
  • Ohio
  • Pennsylvania
  • Rhode Island
  • South Carolina
  • Texas
  • Wisconsin
These states have implemented measures that require businesses to certify they are not engaged in boycotts of Israel as a condition for state contracts.

Those are good laws. :yes_text12:

Those are good laws. :yes_text12:
That's not a good law. Our eligibility to conduct business with our government, as Americans, should not be based on how we feel about the Jewish Zionist state of Israel. You're confused.

It's simple. 80% goes to the Jews, 20% to the Palestinians (Christians and Muslims). If the Jews continue to dehumanize, brutalize, and murder Palestinians, there will never be peace in the Holy Land. In my opinion, the USA should tell the Jewish State of Israel, that if it continues to illegally occupy Palestinian territory (West Bank, West Jerusalem, and Gaza), in violation of international law, they won't receive another penny of American tax dollars or weapons. That would force Israel to accept the 80/20 deal and finally have peace with their Palestinian neighbors. The US should guarantee Israel's security and that of the Palestinians as well. That's the solution to the problem......
Sorry but, not simple at all.
The questionable state of Israel in former British Palestine will always be a "foreign body" and due to Zionist policy, a hated one as well.

I have been a dozen times in Israel and am familiar, acquainted and befriended with a dozen and more Israelis - mostly connected to the IDF.
There are to few Israelis that would be willing to form and live in a common country, together with the Palestinians. - Something that Arafat used to promote for a long time, including non Zionist Israelis.

IMO, only a unified/joined country consisting of Israeli's and Palestinian's would have a solid future, since it would automatically prevent Arab nations and e.g. Iran to wage war onto Israel and vice versa. Israel, especially a Zionist ruled Israel will always face the threat of attack right down to annihilation by e.g. Iran or other Arab states. (once the latter would acquire the ability to do so).

Unless a "joint" unified Israel-Palestine exists - the violence as we know will never cease to exist. Due to non-stop political interference by all foreign parties, the global Zionist lobby and extremist Palestinians and Muslims - a "sovereign" state of Palestine will never be able to upkeep - maintain a peaceful society and policy with Israel and it's mostly Zionist oriented citizens.

That would be the ideal, but is that possible? Can Israeli Jews and Palestinians live together as equals in "Israel-Palestine"? It would have to stop being a "Jewish State". I don't see how a "one-state solution" is going to work. I lived in Israel for 8 months and met many Jewish Israelis, and practically all of them, with few exceptions, don't like Arabs. I'm being generous, saying they "don't like" Arabs. They hate Palestinians. And most Palestinians, feel the same way about Jewish Israelis, with few exceptions, even the Israeli Arabs that I met (Palestinians with Israeli passports). They don't like each other.

If the Jewish Israelis are willing to identify their country as "Israel-Palestine" and no longer a "Jewish State", but a state for all of its citizens, irrespective of their religion or ethnicity, then maybe it could work. Palestinians would also have to let go of their hatred towards Israeli Jews. These two groups have to learn how to forgive and move forward, or I don't see how there's ever going to be peace. With a "two-state solution", America would have to be the perpetual, "forever" referee and guarantor of both states (Israel and Palestine), securing the peace. We would have to have a military presence there, in the Holy Land. The American Empire, would have to deploy its might there, to keep these two groups from killing each other.

I shouldn't have said "simple", you're right. It's not simple, it's a costly pain in the ass, with American tax-payers footing the bill, in money and blood.
