You thought you had a point? That's cute.
That you refuse to acknowledge and accept the answers that I and other conservatives have offered to your lies and madness, does not mean that we had no answers.
It's unclear to me, from the article, just who is responsible for passing the information on to whom, in the chain of command, but at some point, someone in that chain certainly had a duty to notify the appropriate authorities, and failed to do so in a timely manner.
I can see a dubious excuse for those lower in this hierarchy to figure that their duty just extends to passing the information up to their supervisors, and leaving it to someone above them to report it to the legal authorities.
At least one school official in this chain, if not all of them, fully deserves to go to jail.
THis was your first post in this thread. It says "report or to jail". Okay.
No one in the thread has been reasonably able to answer this question:
WHY, from a conservative, parents-rights POV, should this not have been reported to the parents with the expectations that THEY file the police report?
That's first.
Secondly, if you think that schools are expected to report sexual abuse that does not involve adults at home, and is essentially based on hearsay, does that also extend to other crimes, again without parental notification? Why not?
