1. Most schools have a dress code which includes language about "disruptive to the school environment". That's what the shirt is. It's not that the statement is right or wrong; it's that it's designed to inflame reactions we don't need in school where (contrary to popular belief) we really are trying to educate. IMO the court should rule in the district's favor BUT

2. The district should be forced to take down all political messages unrelated to curriculum except the American flag, for the same reason.

So if the school isn’t following these rules, why are they kicking kids out of school for it?

So this kid wore a T shirt that simply stated “There are only two genders”, and the kid was ordered to remove it, and when he refused he was kicked out of the school and his dad had to come pick him up.

Mind you, the school displayed pro LGBTQ flags and posters around the building.

The school said they ordered the removal because others complained about it and that it made them feel “unsafe”.

So here’s the question:
1. Are people unsafe from a biological statement on a T shirt? No.
2. Why are schools holding blatant double standards where they promote the minority opinion (that there are more than 2 genders) but yet feel they can suppress/intimidate/censor those who disagree (the majority opinion in America)?
3. By the schools standard, couldn’t he have claimed HE felt “unsafe”? Do his feelings not matter?

A 2 genders shirt is just a statement of common biology, and it would take an odd, radical theory for someone to try to victimize themselves from it. It would be completely irrational to expect/demand that other people adopt this niche mystical theory. It’s ideological narcissism and entitlement.. You have no proof. I'm more than happy to have this debate, again, but I previously linked to an explanation between the difference of sex and gender and you simply ignored it. All you've had for evidence so far on your end are the pejoratives of calling people weird. If you want to try your hand at objective debate then let's have at it.

Biological sex refers to characteristics of your biological make up. Typically your chromosomes and sexual reproductive system. They are objective. Gender refers to social roles. They are subjective. I have a penis. That's an objective biological fact. Women are caregivers on the otherhand is an entirely subjective statement. Some women aren't care givers. Some women would be terrible at it. The role of caregiver for women is a socially expected one rather than a emergent property from every woman's biology.
