Former CIA analyst and NSC Chief of Staff Fred Fleitz on Wednesday said House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff ‘seriously violated House Committee rules’ and therefore should ‘at minimum’ recuse himself from the impeachment investigation into President Trump.... The New York Times reported on Wednesday that Adam Schiff learned about the Deep State CIA spy’s accusations against Trump over his phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky several days before the officer filed a whistleblower complaint.
“Schiff knew about the CIA whistleblower in advance — way in advance. Before he even filed the complaint. This is a much bigger scandal that (sic) people realize. At minimum, Schiff should recuse himself from this impeachment inquiry,” Fleitz tweeted.

IMO, He should be expelled from his seat in Congress and an investigation into his corrupt treasonous lawlessness conducted and Quid Pro Quo with Igor Pasternak the well known rogue arms dealers and Ukrainian Oligarch.
Since Schiff and his treasonous co-conspirators helped write the complaint. He's a material witness and recusal isn't enough he should be censured and ultimately expelled from Congress.
