The CIA hasn't been on top of any important event since WW2. JFK used the CIA to train and equip an illegal invasion army in Cuba. LBJ let the CIA run the Vietnam war while generals stood aside. How did that one work out? Clinton prevented the CIA from sharing information with the FBI before 9-11. Why in the world the Agency would get involved in a foreign conflict like Ukraine while the President is trying to promote a cease fire is anybody's guess.

Well JO....when I had RT on cable they were FAIRLY OBJECTIVE because the had a target audience.
The didn't want to chase people away. BTW: Vietnam and Iran have English newspaper also.
