So, tell us, how long does it take to enrich to weapons grade? Why are they at 60% when power reactors can get by with less than 5%? I listened to a modern parable on day that I thought was sensible.
You see you neighbor digging a foundation and preparing buidling materials on the lot
next to yours and so you say " Good moring Joe!...are you going to build a house here?"
Joe says....no.

A few weeks go by and you see cement being poured for a foundation and the framwork of a structure being
erected and you ask again...." Hey Joe....are you building a house?"

Joe says vehemently " NO! " and kinda gets after you a little bit for bringing the subject up again.

Now another week goes by and you see roofing materials being delivered and crews showing up
for wiring and plastering and so you say to Joe...." Hey Joe.....you are defintely building house here! "

Joe say: " What did you think I was doing asshole? "

In both cases, it's looking more and more like they aren't going to have a lot to work with. What I'm saying is the things you need to run an army are going to be severely reduced.
