Geez. There was serious question of whether Epstein was even a billionaire. I don't know where you get your information but you definitely need better sources. And yes bin Salman was in Epstein's address book but inconclusive who that was. The Prince was a teenager at that time. There is no evidence any of the Saudi family visiting Epstein. Some vague evidence of Epstein's plane approaching Saudi Arabia at one point.

From what I've read, the region only became known as "Palestine' after WWI when the British and French divided up the Ottomon empire. It was the British who named it the 'Palestinian Mandate'.

The Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank & Lebanon left Israel by their own choice in 1947. They were never 'forced' out.
They were told that the Arab League would destroy Israel and eliminate the Jews. They left to stay out of the way of the war.
When the Israelis won the 1947-48 war, they refused to let those that had left return. They rightfully considered them traitors against Israel.
Those Palestinians that did not leave Israel have remained in Israel. 25% of the Israeli population are Palestinian.
The strange thing is that by having thousands of Palestinian all leave Israel at the same time, it made it obvious to the Israelis that an attack was coming. It's a large part of why Israel won the 1947-48 war.
Gaza and the West Bank used to be parts of Egypt and Transjordan, but when Irael agreed to return them after the 1973 (1967?) war, the Egyptians and Jordanians refuse to take them back.
The Egyptians have closed their border with Gaza and will not let the Gaza Palestinians into Egypt. No wonder why.
