The above is WHY Trump will NEVER testify before Mueller....Trump's attorneys would probably threaten to quit if Trump is insane enough to testify........either under oath or not does NOT make any difference when testifying before FBI agents.

If the President's intent was to fire Mueller then Mueller would have been fired, the only thing that prevented it from happening was Trumpkin NOT following through on it because he considered the consequences of proceeding with the action.
He contemplated firing him but then changed his mind... you cannot demonstrate intent when the only thing preventing someone from doing something is their own judgement and they decide not follow through on whatever action is in question.

The point is, unless you are out their demanding the prosecution of Hillary and the gang, your hypocrisy is well noted, as well as your false indignation.
Are you talking about that "thing of value" campaign contributions regulation at 11 CFR 110? That's a really weak angle that will likely get nowhere, given the that a broad interpretation and application of "thing of value" is necessary to snare Trump. Under such a broad interpretation and application, ANY communication with a foreign national during an election could be deemed a "thing of value." A mere photo-op with a foreign national could be valuable in an election, as it could sway votes.
But, even under such a broad interpretation, there is no evidence anywhere that Trump or his team received any "thing of value" from a foreign national.
This whole thing is stupid.
The election is over. It's not going to change anything. Focus on forcing Trump to do what is best for Americans and stop trying to make Pence the Commander-in-Chief.
