The echoes of Enola Gay and Bockscar still rumble across the field......................

An overgrown airfield on a small island in the Pacific, once instrumental in America's role in ending World War II, is being reclaimed by the U.S. Air Force as it prepares for a possible future fight with China.

It is high time for a new revolution in the US. I don't support China but the ability they have for treachery is being continual perpetrated by the US ever since the end of WW II. The US must be stopped sooner or later.

Fight them sooner better than later.
It is already way too late. Fighting China does not only mean fighting our own industry, which is located there, but also fighting a military giant.
For example:

What country are you posting from?

You cant be an American with that much hate and disloyalty oozing from your pores

For example:

Irrelevant. We have anti-ship standoff missiles with ranges greater than 500nm. (actual effective range is classified) China has quantity, we have QUALITY. A large chunk of China's "navy" are small frigates and types of small coastal defense vessels. These would be obliterated quickly in a any war.

This has already been discussed ad-nauseum. China doesn't want a war with the US. They know our military might be smaller in raw numbers but are MUCH more capable.

It is in the article and its video that while the US is several generations ahead of China, the gab is closing and that quantity is the clincher. China might even lose 10 ships to one American ship, 40 other are at the ready and the capability to replace them quickly, really quickly, will ultimately lead to Chinese superiority on the sea. China doesn´t want war with the US, but that also applies the other way round.

Do we really have this 'quality' you speak of? We haven't engaged in naval warfare since WWII. None of our services can even meet recruitment needs. The standards and quality have been dropping for a while now. Everyone should be a bit skeptical rather than blindly trusting what our government tells us.

Yes, we do. Our navy is second to none in the world. We haven't engaged in nuclear warfare since WW2 either, you think we're not capable of it if we need to do it? You do realize that our military undergoes CONSTANT training for war, right? You don't have to ACTUALLY shoot at an enemy ship to learn how to do it and do it well through simulated training.

For instance, we have 11 active aircraft carriers right now, China has 2 with a 3rd undergoing sea trials.

So yes, we would kick Chinas ass within a week if they went to war with us, and they know it. Our Aegis anti-ICBM system would shoot down any of their incoming nukes and they have no way of countering ours.

So no, I'm not worried about China. People panic "ZOMG China is building up their military." Well God damn, I hope so. They were so piss poor before, they have nowhere to go but up.
