The courts are speaking LOUDLY that a majority of people cannot vote against a minority of people where their civil and human rights are concerned. They haven't lost a case yet. They're ticking off States left and right, one-by-one.

It's quite possible that gay marriage will be Federal law BEFORE 2016 comes.
