I am all about the corned beef and cabbage!

Funny, my American born Japanese Catholic MIL made the best CB&C I ever ate.

Corned beef in the crockpot for hours now. Potatoes in there too, cabbage going in soon. Smells fabulous.

Put some Irish whiskey in it and I might try one.

Not much of an alcohol person myself. Definitely love ice cream though!!
