I heard it from you this first time, a couple of weeks ago. I just found this lovely image of St. Martin splitting his cloak in two, to give half to the freezing beggar.

the story goes on .....

Martin was so well liked that the people of Tours wanted him as bishop. He was too modest, so he went to hide in a barn.
But the geese there were so loud that he was found.

and in Memory of that, often a goose is eaten on this day.

I like it.

Anthony of Padua did the same damn thing. He constantly did gave his clothes away. The age old argument of did Yeshua own his clothes.
