I'm hoping that Ryan won't lie, but based on various speeches, as well as the way that he's been fact checked (especially on his math), and the way Clinton exposed a lot of their lies, what else can I really expect?

pay attention becasue I know this is news to you, but, Congressman are elected for 2 year terms, so 14 years ( he took his seat in 98, helllo, so its 14 years now), Biden took his seat in Jan. 1973.....do the math, no better yet let me help, thats 40 years......so lets take oh, 3 years from bidens total as VP, which leaves 37 years......

Never said anything about Biden's record of debates, and yeah, I'd imagine that for as long as he's been in the Senate, he'd have a fair amount of experience.
