Rx for the Democrats

So after you posted this second link, I did a Google search and am unable to find anything about it from Breitbart, of The NY Times, or CNN, or The Blaze.

That tells me it’s either made up or the biggest nothing burger ever. I’ve never heard of this guy, so he’s clearly not important.

If he did what you’re saying, I hope he’s locked up for life. Doesn’t change the fact that the trans community desperately wants to give lap dances to children, and is able to do so throughout this country nearly every damn day thanks to the depraved left.

The left’s inability to accept reality is the most serious problem the U.S. faces in the 21st Century. It stems from a mixture of immaturity and ignorance - which is a vicious combination to overcome.

Yes, how about CRT? Imagine insisting that the bat-shit crazy theory that everything is ā€œinherently racistā€ (šŸ™„) simply because it was created by whites, should be the foundation on which all of society operates šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø

Stop signs, driver’s licenses, the banking system, education, paint, watches, lawn mowers, math, electricity, swimming pools, crayons, cell phones, WiFi, websites, fertilizer, hotels, laws, bridges, and shoelaces are all ā€œinherently racistā€.

And I believe you just perfectly illustrated why the Democrats got their asses handed to them on Tuesday.
  1. Ignorance of the issues
  2. Denial of reality
  3. Lack of humility resulting in the inability to accept responsibility
  4. Commitment to the failed, extremist ideology
Liberalism sucks. :dunno:
Don't forget math. That's pretty racist, Too.

Oh I didn’t miss that! Look again…

This is getting a little fucking silly. Now, everywhere I look, I see article titles like "Dems Searching for Answers After Electoral Catastrophe"

Really?

This should be very easy. Now that the party is lying in a steaming puddle of goo, it has nowhere to go but up. And all it will take is two (2) steps:

Step One
Drop the whole destructive Political Correctness/Identity Politics fiasco NOW. Stop dividing Americans into little pieces and pitting them against each other. Stop screaming and intimidating and punishing people for saying what they think. Stop ruining family businesses for refusing to bake a fucking CAKE. Stop deplatforming conservative voices on college campuses. Stop pretending there are 58 (or whatever the number is now) genders. Stop having flamboyant transsexuals read books to parents' young children in class. Apologize for terms like "Toxic Masculinity" and "Cultural Appropriation". You blew it. This was stupid from the start. Fucking DROP IT.

Step Two
Focus like a fucking laser beam on the Middle Class (assuming it isn't too late, and it may be). No, not the Black Middle Class or the Brown Middle Class or the Purple Middle Class or the Gay Middle Class. The AMERICAN MIddle Class. Drop the fucking hyphenations. Come up with some NEW IDEAS that fit a rapidly changing and more competitive global economy. Modify and streamline existing ideas like Unions, Vocational Schools and Retirement Plans. I swear it wouldn't be that difficult.

Anyone who was here before 2016 knows that I was considered evil by the LEFTIES here because I was screaming this every fucking day. I had "Political Correctness Derangement Syndrome". I was called every name in the book and squabbled with every lefty on the board over it. Turns out I was right.

I think you missed the target and the tree if you took away culture wars had anything to do with the election. People were mad about prices and decided the incumbents were to blame. Most of the country thinks the economy sucks when we are nearly at best ever metrics across the board. Culture wars are pretty static - white Americans moved to democrats actually and minorities away.

The fact is the economy doesnt work for the working class under either party and they will keep switching back and forth because they are ignorant about what the problem is.

Look at this study, the uninformed voted heavily for the republicans.

America is a racist, sexist, xenophobic and bigoted country. Until we fix that, no other type of prescription will create anything.
I'd like to end, or at least minimize, racism and hate and bigotry too.

So the question is how to achieve that.

How did your way work for you on Election Day?

I think that this crap created a resentment that had been growing for decades and exploded in full in 2016.

Now we just saw Hispanic males and young white males come out in force to tip the scales and put him back in.

Did inflation have an impact? Definitely. But this is cultural.

I agree. If Dems walk away telling themselves this all about the economy, they'll be missing the most important part.

Well I know you have a big aversion to PC stuff so I hear your frustration. However, almost every exit poll focused on the economy as the driving factor. The democrats held to nearly a push in the house, were up against a legendary bad senate map having to defend 23 of 33 seats and had a 100 day runway for their replacement candidate to build momentum - Biden F'd that up. Democrats also took more than their fair share of state seats - look at NC which elected a Dem Gov, Dem Lt Gov, Dem Attorney General, Dem Sec of State, and Dem Education head.. yet Trump still won that state barely.

Dems needed a more clear answer to prices and needed to demonize the real cause of inflation, but they didnt. They barely talked about it.

I never understood why they didn't explain what caused the inflation. My guess is that they figured it would be a little too complicated. And if that's the reason, it's a stupid reason. At some point you have to trust the voters to absorb information.

We'll have to disagree on the cultural side.

I don't think the loss was as much about racism and bigotry, as it was a reaction to the political ideology that liberals have created to fight racism and bigotry. That's a subtle, but I think important, distinction.

One of the main arguments I get on that side is that they have to address bigotry. Well great, yes, I couldn't agree more.

The problem is not what you want to fix, it's how you want to fix it.

I say the same thing to the Trumpsters when they say "don't you want to make America great again?", to about the same success.

But the demagogues don't care. If you think the welfare state is a bad idea, it can only be because you hate poor people and want them to suffer. If you think a border wall is stupid, it's because you love illegal immigration, if you think that "equity" is not a proper concern of government, it's because you're racist.

It's stupid, but it sells.

One of the side effects of commitment to an ideology is intellectual myopia. There's only one (1) way to do things: Our way.

I don't know about that. I think people are getting sick of it. It's why some blacks are supporting Trump.
dude, you didn't read that last post correctly.

Again for you to reread his inference to demofks, not blacks
The train left the station and they are more committed to the weird shit than they are with liberty or the prosperity of America.

demofks who think that.

Sounds like demofks are kinda fking stupid.

Nope. If you have a complicated answer… no matter how accurate… eyes roll and you lose

That’s just how it is
