I was following this stuff more closely when it first happened, encountering stories as they happened, and now, after almost TWO YEARS since the event happened, I'm assuming most or all have been charged by now and I don't know that anyone kept a database on the prosecutorial delays, but you might try searching USMB for the many threads which covered it in real time, ITMT, I found and pulled these stories off the web:
