Russian forces have captured so many Javelins from the Ukrainians, that the government decided to make a simple manual on how to use them.
The Javelins themselves have not much use for the Russia as they already have that kind of technology, but its always nice not to waste money on creating more your own weapons when you can use captured ones instead.
Besides, this could open up posibilities for electronic counter measures and im also sure that the Iranians would be happy to reverse engineer them to make their own Javelins.
I wonder how long the US is going to waste millions of dollars sending weapons that will inevitably be captured? They clearly learnt nothing from Afghanistan or Syria.
