A little hard to know what is true here or not.

It sure is. But those Russian Troops were already on the line months before it was announced.

It's interesting to note that the Russians made the freaking SCUD missile. Either Russia sold the technology to N.K. or some rogue military surplus company did. Since Bill Clinton sold nuclear technology to N.K. and ICBM technology to China it's possible that the post administration Clinton's might have been either directly or indirectly involved in the international illegal arms trade. Stranger things have happened.

Get a grip. Clinton didn't sell any of that to anyone. The Chinese broke into the records of various defense contractors and just took it. NO President has that much power.
