• “It looks like the outlook demand for the next six months or so is pretty good, so I would say U.S. farmers are feeling much more optimistic than they were a year or even six months ago,” said Jim Sutter, CEO of the U.S. Soybean Export Council.

Work rules and corruption has caused cities to be much poorer looking then they are. Rebuilding 100 foot bridges over roads and railroad tracks that should take no ore than several weeks takes years costing immense amounts of money. Just saying as you bring up farmers.
