I have never voted for it...I have worked for the past 49 years with absolutely no problem getting a job or creating one. I currently work for an Indian who owns several hotels and I am chief engineer. Some women are management and minorities and we all work well together.

I am not sure where you are going with this. Are you saying it is a loser attitude to disagree with allowing someone less qualified to get a job simply because of their race and/or gender? If so, your attitude would change if your Indian owner decides he needs a black women as chief engineer for the sake of diversity. You likely don’t care because it doesn’t affect you directly. That is a typical Democrat’s stance on most issues.
