"African-Americans are failing to vote at the robust levels they did four years ago in several states that could help decide the presidential election, creating a vexing problem for Hillary Clinton as she clings to a deteriorating lead over Donald J. Trump with Election Day just a week away."

Last election the Democrats suffered a record-setting, historic ass-kicking due to extremely low Liberal turnout...and reports have pointed out that the numbers have declined since then. During the primaries, while the GOP was setting turnout records Democrats' numbers were lagging.

Reports show the GOP is more energetic, more motivated to vote, and that all the scandals, multiple on-going FBI investigations, scandals, etc are sapping many of the Libs' enthusiasm to come out and vote. This could very well end up being a repeat of that last election with the DNC / Hillary suffering another embarrassing loss.

Who knows, though - Hillary might still pull it out...if more dead people and illegals vote than no-show DNC voters. :p

Plus, more Blacks are going to vote for Trump than they did for McCain and Romney.

Black people don't vote early and don't use absentee ballots at the same rates that whites do..

In any case, they won't be voting for the orange clown.

Despite their disappointment with African-American turnout, Democrats see reason to hope in the emergence of the Hispanic vote. Hispanics, who account for about 16 percent of the active registered voters, appear to be backing Clinton with at least 60 percent of their vote or more.

Compared to 2012, Hispanic voting is off the charts. As of Monday morning — eight days before Election Day — Hispanics had cast more than 507,000 absentee ballots by mail and in-person early votes. That’s 97 percent of the total combined early ballots that Hispanics cast in the entire 2012 election, according to an analysis from the Associated Industries of Florida, a conservative-leaning business group.

I don't understand. Obama made it clear he would be personally insulted if Black people vote less for Hillary than him.

no surprise there. Hillary isn't black.

Hillary, despite her hot sauce and faux drawl can't lie about that.
