First, the talk about it being overturned, or something damaging come out on appeal needs to be put to rest. Like the Trump case, in order to appeal, Guiliani would have had to post a $150+ million bond, and Rudy doesn't have to assets to cover such a bond.

But it will put a formal gag on Guiliani from saying there was anything afoul with the Georgia election, or even agree with one of his podcast guests alleging it.

Freeman and Moss had already been awarded in court a slew of Giuliani’s most valuable possessions, including his $6 million Manhattan apartment, more than a dozen luxury watches, furniture and baseball memorabilia. Yet they have struggled to collect some of the items in recent months, despite multiple court orders for Giuliani to turn over his possessions.

Any settlement would include Rudy turning over that much.
