Royal Marines Commandos force US Marine Corps troops to surrender in training exercise

Out of politeness I usually don't go there but let me remind you of a little thing "the American Revolution".

And if not for the US bailing your asses out you would all be speaking German now
and singing Deutschland Uber Alles. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwjZj96Nnv_zAhWIJjQIHZWkBzUQyCl6BAgREAM&url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2IaFaJrmno&usg=AOvVaw3CNXS1opmSeOr-iEuKczzX
You should dig up those revolutionaries. They are probably more up to it than your marines.

Mushroom
Force Recon, you bet they would have made a difference. Rangers and Delta as well. All are some tough Special Forces and Special Operations go to guys.

We need another Vietnam with a draft. We need to weed out ages 18 to 25.

Comparing your most elite troops to a bunch of Marines is like comparing English premiere footballers
to Spanish La Liga players.

Not really fair is it.

US Marines recently took on Britain's Royal Marines in a battle simulation in the Mojave Desert.

The Royal Marines "dominated" the US in the five-day simulation, it said, with US forces asking to for a "reset" less than halfway through.

This can be squarely laid at the feet of "wokism", which has produced sub standrd warriors. Which is a direct reflection of leadership.

"Where have all the good men gone"? As they sit back and laugh their asses off.

bullshit--I was in the USMC.. we did MANY exercises with MANY different countries......they are mostly worthless regarding who wins or loses

And this will instantly change as soon as St Trumpy is re-elected.

The US military is in trouble. Here is just another example.

Now, Lieutenant Colonel Sean McBride of the 602nd Aviation Support Battalion has been relieved. His violation? Not giving soldiers the warm-and-fuzzies...

Lt. Col. McBride derided the conduct of the higher command for tweets published on their official account slandering him as racist, which was ultimately found to be a baseless accusation. CSM Salomone III was reinstated but quickly replaced. And Lt. Col. McBride was permanently relieved for “lack of confidence in [his] ability to continue to command and lead a battalion.” Sound familiar? This was one of the reasons given for relieving Lt. Col. Scheller, the Marine who was critical of the commanders in Afghanistan.

But what did the investigation actually find to lead to such a determination? Lt. Col. McBride had an “abrasive leadership style, similar to what was previously acceptable in the Army,” an “old school” leadership style. Translation: he didn’t give soldiers that warm and fuzzy feeling they expected to have in the military. Maybe he raised his voice—which we know should never occur in the military—and they felt he was mean…

Ridiculous.

Oh dear. They lost to Italy. There is no real difference in the quality of players between the Prem and La Liga.
"Spain is the only national team with three consecutive major titles, becoming the first European team to win a FIFA World Cup outside of Europe in 2010 as well as the only one to win back-to-back European Championships in 2008 and 2012. From 2008 to 2013, Spain won the FIFA Team of the Year, the second-most of any nation, behind only Brazil. From the start of 2007 to the end of 2009 the Spanish national football team achieved 35 consecutive matches undefeated, a feat which they shared with Brazil, and what was a world record at the time. Their achievements have led many experts and commentators to consider the 2008–2012 Spanish squad one of the best ever international sides in world football."

And yet I know nothing about football? I don't even give a shit about football and yet I know
England sits in the passenger's seat when Spain is at the wheel picking up trophies like daisies in the park
on a Saturday afternoon.

You're a pompous lying ass!
