If anything, Romney would probably be more dependent on the Neo-Cons because there's not a lot of conservative military and foriegn policy types who aren't Neo-Cons at this point. Even Obama had to retain some Neo-cons due to the shallow talent pool in that area.

And other than offshoring jobs to China and Mexico, it's not like Mittens has a lot of foreign policy expertise.
