The young man is being charged with murder for political reasons for an act of self defense.

By the way, go read the Bill of rights. There are no age limitations on the right to keep and bear arms.

A child has the right to defend themself the same as an adult.

The fact of the matter is that both Wisconsin and Illinois prohibit the possession of the type of weapon he had. In his home state of Illinois, he would have to have an FOID (Firearm Owner's Identification Card). Rittenhouse doesn't have one. In Wisconsin, the transfer of a firearm to anyone under the age of 18 is illegal, and the possession of a firearm by anyone under the age of 18 is illegal, unless the minor is supervised by an adult while hunting or while undergoing a course of instruction.

There's no confusion here. There's no grey area

And again, you seem to not be concerned about all the other laws being broken, by the mob, or by the local elected officials.

Rittenhouse has a Right to equal protection under the law. Holding him to the strict letter of the law, when NO ONE ELSE, in that area and time, were being held to that standard,


is a massive violation of his rights, and a massive injustice.

You have to understand how confused these hate filled Moon Bats are about things like this. They don't understand that the people of the United States have a Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. They are as confused about the Constitution as they are confused about Economics, History, Climate Science, Ethics and Biology.

These Moon Bats think that having an AR-15 automatically makes someone a criminal.

In the case of Kyle they think that since he defended himself with an AR against an attack from Communists then he is guilty of horrendous crimes.

He had his fists, and his gun. And last I checked, the escalation of force, force pyramid, and those other principles apply to law enforcement.
Joe blow citizen is not required to match force levels with an aggressor. Because someone puts their dukes up doesn’t mean I’m constrained to dunking it out with them. This isn’t a sanctioned contest, I’m also not law enforcement. If someone wants to engage in a violent conflict with a person and give them chase, they should fully expect to get leveled. Rittenhouse could have fired a howitzer at pedo-manlet and it would have been fine.

AND it is worth noting, it was not a "pedo-manlet" that attacked Rittenhouse, but a violent mob, that did include a violent felon/pedo.

The reason the Communists attacked Kyle was because the kid had the audacuty to help put out a fire started by the Communists. They were going to kill him for that.

Thank god he had a weapon to defend himself or else the Communists would have killed him.

I would love to have the cell phone records of the rioters. I suspect that they had a spotter who vectored the attackers in on Rittenhouse, when they saw the cops force him to be apart from his group.


If law enforcement was serious, hell if they was a serious country, the command structure of the mob in that place at that time would be the focus of the investigation. Especially any ties to local officials or to out of state money.

Know rioters should have their phones bugged, and monitored so that such crimes could be documented and they could serve real time for ACTUAL REAL CRIMES.
