Then you can explain....how is this a free speech issue? You think Govt employees have a free speech right to use their office to be bias? Why?
How is it wading across seperation of church and state when it's specifically trying to keep the State out of the Church here? Literally the entire point is to keep the state from being bias to people based on what church they go to

Because it puts christians on a higher pedestal than non christians. Its not complicated.
How? How does not allowing the Govt to be bias to Christian, put them on a higher pedestal then non-Christians?
I'll buy that, somewhat. But how does snitching fit into that?
You don't think a Govt employees should tell their boss if another Govt employee is using their office to be bias against someone for their faith?

Yes, yes I do believe it could happen. During the Obama admin we saw his admin treat peopel differently because of their bias against them. So, yes, I do believe Govt employees can be bias.
Yes, they can certainly be biased, just like everyone else. But denying a war veteran his benefits because he's Christian? That's so far out there, that I can't even grasp it. It's impossible.
No it’s illegal for govt to violate people’s civil rights. They can’t treat someone different because of their creed
