Loved The Band. Awesome stuff.
He lived a long life, doing what he loved to do.
Had an abundance of friends who all seemed to like him personally a lot.
There is nothing o be sad about, instead send a toast to a well lived life.

Such a loss. He truly understood and embraced his Native American heritage in his music. The Band still ranks at the top of my favorites. Now he is at peace.
