most of the European rotted U.S. population was at best a couple or three ancestors "away from the boat," given that the
total "Anglo" population was ~2.5M and the
population of Native Americans in 1492 is estimated at some seven to ten million.
I'm sure that just as Native Americans had to learn how to deal with migrants, so too can and will Germans.
Migrating is something many large animals do. Humans happen to be only ones that establish political boundaries and use them to inhibit the migration of not only animals in general, but humans too.
