Riot At Worship Service In Seattle

I think Christians should start fighting back.
That seems kind of the antithesis of that "turn the other cheek" thing.
I've identified several gents who always come to Mass at my church dressed in a jacket that's suitable for concealing a firearm. Ditto in other parishes nearby.

I want all churches to be protected in this way.
Hawaiian shirts also.

I am only just now seeing this chat and if I didn't misread the write up, it says that someone who works for the city is who picked the location of the worship service. To me, that person should be who goes down the hardest because if inciting a riot was their every intention, they got what they wanted. Now it is time for them to get what they deserve for being the demon possessed putz that they truly are!!!

God bless you and the people of the church always!!!

So a lawfully and peaceably assembled Christian group exercising its constitutionally protected unalienable rights is violently attacked by ANTIFA et al thugs and it is the Christian group's fault because they aren't P.C.?

There is nothing so deranged or more incomprehensible or anti-American/anti-people than a woke government, whether local or state or national.

I wish there was some way to make those woke governments illegal.
The Tesla attacks were a warning to the rest of us.

This is a war against us by the left.

Turning the other cheek when an armed shooter with evil intentions comes into the church where your family is worshiping?

No.

If so, why didn't those "protesters" turn their cheek when those Christians attacked them with prayer and singing and dancing?

I should have posted this earlier. If your church doesn't have a security team and is interested, the local sheriff can often tour the premises and help you set one up, where danger points are, procedures etc. Ours toured twice, helped us work up our security policies and training. FEMA even provides grants for church security, or did anyway.

To be clear: We were talking about rallies before, which is what I was referring to.

Thanks.

There has already been one attack on a chapel of Perpetual Adoration, where there is always at least one sister praying every hour of every day. Unfortunately, there was no one else there at the time, when the criminal attempted to get his hands on the Holy Eucharist, and the sisters had no weapons with which to protect the Eucharist, except their bodies which they put in the way.

The result of this episode was an iron fence, blocking all access to the altar. A shame, but the incident made heroes of those sisters, at least to me. What if the intruder had been carrying a weapon? You can see the top edge of the iron barrier in this photo.

PS -- if you're ever in the need of prayer, you can request that the sisters pray for you on this website.

We all know it's antifa, stop pretending a disorganized cellular group has to be called out by name.
I dont know it is antifa so... "we all know" is a big fat lie you just admitted to and you refused to link a shred of proof. Why should i go by your made up narrative?

They wore black, they carried improvised weaponry, they attacked a Christian event.

They are anti-fa no matter how much you want to pretend it doesn't exist. Why aren't you proud of your Red guards?

Typical left cult whine - "It's your fault I acted like an asshole".

From someone who believes that ones first amendment rights are enforceable only in places that their cult says so.

Nope, it's their fault they acted like assholes.

To paraphrase tRump, there were genuine assholes on both sides.

Having a permitted concert is being an asshole?

Wait are you arguing attacking them was ok because they couldn't sing and their back up instruments were terrible? :auiqs.jpg:

A reminder, the First Amendment was made for Assholes, not elbows er people we like.
