For as long as I have spent any time there, starting early in the 70's, it's been a predominantly gay area. I lived just a few blocks from the CHOP area, Cal Anderson Park, for a total of about 10 years, and have had plenty of friends there and worked and gone to school in the same area for 5 years, and never felt unwelcome, as a straight woman.

Since BurnLootMurder and the fascists took over, they have become the most intolerant neighborhood I've ever seen!

Thank you for the clarification. And yes, they still have an absolute right to have a rally without being attacked. Unless the rally is for cat rights, because cats are evil. Thats what my dogs tell me.
