"For years we have watched as radical right-wing conspiracy theorist Rick Wiles has used his “TruNews” program to endlessly rail against Democrats for allegedly attempting to install a communist, Marxist, or socialist regime in the United States. It was therefore a little surprising to hear Wiles declare on his television program Monday night that he is thinking about running for president in 2024 on a platform centered on seizing the wealth of the billionaires in this country and redistributing it to the poor. Wiles said that someone must run on a populist platform of breaking up large technology companies in the United States, making it illegal to be a billionaire, confiscating their assets, and redistributing their wealth, and he might just be the one to do it."

He went on to say that billionaires are the enemy and how tech companies are only powerful because they have billions of dollars -- so he wants to take Jack Dorsey's, Mark Z's money and give it to the poor...Obviously this is bullshit; but it's funny to see how full of shit so-called religious conservatives are when it comes to "ACTUAL POLICIES" -- they fearmonger over buzz words like socialism and marxism but this moron is LITERALLY advocating for using government to to confiscate the assets of billionaires...

Sooner or later, the evangelical right will not wait on some "messiah" figure from the political class to run for president; they are going to just run themselves and it will definitely be on some faux populist platform because they know under no cicrumstances would this country vote for a theocratic evangelical zealot....and no, they won't be giving any money to the poor; in fact, being poor will probably be considered a sin punishable by death in conservative evangelical world.

I guess he is one, we will not have to worry about in 2024.

Well, this is what the Republican Party has become, a platform for loons.

Democrats have their fair share.

and in the next 2 1/2-3 years, we'll have a lot more, on both sides, stating they are running for president.

Anybody would make a better President than China Joe. literally anybody.

Why was he railing against them when he sounds like one of them?

When some one decides on there own that they will run for office, it is a sign not to vote for them. I look for those who were approached by a group of citizens and asked to run.

There's no question that those with the money are now controlling us.

He just another fake "Christian" trying to conflate a belief in Jesus with a belief in right-wing politics, even though these politics are diametrically opposed to Jesus' teachings. There is nothing quite like prostituting a great religion. I see this all the time while channel-surfing. These fake "Christian" leaders on TV trying to get the gullible types to kiss republican ass and send money to their "ministries." Their precious frankie even campaigned for trump.
