No. Just look at Chicago.

Not just Chicago, it's in every hood across this nation. The numbers are just high in Chicago because of the consentration or density in population found in these hoods/poverty stricken areas.

Hey they had to cancel the show "Live PD" because it was actually showing the patterns all over this nation of the same bullcrap going on. Most of it is being ignored, because it is thought that most of the lifestyles are chosen, and therefore they don't want any help or intervention. But when someone gets dead, then it's everyone's fault.
