Ukraine is not going to drive Russia totally out the country and Russia is not going to take over all of Ukraine and nothing is going to change till people come to terms with this.

I dont think Putin has or will come to terms with that. He wants all of Ukraine, and at the very least Kyiv. And unless we help Ukrainians slaughter 100s of 1000s more Russians, he will probably get it.

Main issue: is Ukraine worth a nuclear exchange, no matter how small the exchange?

Because I do believe Putin would nuke a Ukrainian city before giving up.

If he did, would we retaliate?

So maybe best just to keep this guy slogging until he drops dead...?

Zalenski isn’t a serious leader, he showed that at the White House. He’s just there for handouts, the worst thing for him is if the war ends and he actually has to lead what’s left of his country.
