Most states hand out voter registration forms to everyone that gets a driver's license. This includes noncitizens. In theory, a voter roll can be purged of noncitizens with the right research. However, it is not an automatic process, since a driver's license counts as a form of identification.

Many may not even realize it. Friend's grandmother was registered to vote when she renewed her license-despite explicitly telling the DMV clerk NOT to, because she's not a citizen! (Resident alien, she's Canadian.) The clerk did it anyway. She had no idea until about six months later, when her voter registration card arrived in the mail. (No, she did not vote.)

Impossible. Judges in this area are the dregs of the legal profession and have been for DECADES. They're corrupt, and often BARELYT competent as lawyers, taking the job because it's OK pay (much less than a good attorney can make) and a fat pension for very little work. They buy their appointments in what is not QUITE open bribery.
