It does NOT involve "another human life". It involves the life and health of the mother, until such time as the fetus is fully developed and able to live outside the womb on its own. It is not a viable human life, until the child can breathe on its own.
The Bible even says that Adam became human when God breathed the "breathe of life" into him. When we cease to breathe, we cease to live.

If a woman is raped and doesn't want a baby she can easily attain abortion meds. The Democrats continue to push the fantasy of "Reproductive Rights" being "taken away" from women. That feeds on the emotions of women which is what Democrats do since they can't be elected on their performance.

Realizing maga cries "the children" when sometimes an abortion is to help already born children, but from a constitutional perspective, IF the dems win the House Senate and WH, they can dump the filibuster and just pass a national law, and pass another law restricting the supreme court's jurisdiction on abortion.

No there are not. On paper, maybe, but when a Texas woman with an ectopic pregnancy tried to get a waiver to terminate the pregnancy, the judge refused, saying she wasn't in danger of dying "right this minute".
The laws say to "preserve the life of the mother", but they don't say "to preserve the life or health of the mother". Women are just not important enought in Texas, to have a "right to life".

A state district judge granted the request last week, but the Texas Supreme Court directed the lower court to vacate its order Monday.

Researchers from Planned Parenthood estimated this forgive me if I don’t take the numbers from a group that makes a fair amount of their money from abortions at face value. This is like expecting the left to take the numbers from a guns rights group at face value they wouldn’t.
