The correct answer to her question obviously is, they are stupid and nasty. This year's winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, Maria Machado, said, that Donald Trump "absolutely" deserves the Nobel Peace Prize, and that she was depending on President Trump to help her to save Venezuela from the Maduro dictatorship, so judging by the standards of the Nobel Peace Prize committee, there is no conflict between President Trump's aspirations for the Peace Prize and the US strikes against Venezuelan drug runners; proof positive that Collins is stupid and nasty.
