Frank Giustra and the Uranium One Controversy

The core of the allegation was that Giustra had donated $31.3 million to the Clinton Foundation in 2005 and pledged at least $100 million more, which was said to have been used to secure the uranium deal Wikipedia.

    Allegations and Investigations

The controversy became a political talking point, with figures like Sean Hannity and Seb Gorka calling it one of the biggest scandals in U.S. history Wikipedia. The FBI launched an investigation in 2016, and internal DOJ/FBI memos later revealed that investigators believed there was “significant evidence worth pursuing related to criminal activity” Breitbart. However, the probe stalled due to leadership delays and disagreements over the statute of limitations, and by 2018 it was effectively dropped Breitbart.

    Outcome

Despite years of discussion and multiple investigations, no evidence of wrongdoing was ever found Wikipedia. The Justice Department later reported that a 2017 investigation into the matter was winding down after finding nothing to pursue Wikipedia.

In summary: Frank Giustra’s role in the Uranium One controversy was as the seller of UrAsia Energy to Uranium One in 2007. The controversy centered on alleged Clinton Foundation donations linked to the 2010 sale of Uranium One to Rosatom, but all official investigations concluded without evidence of wrongdoing.

Ignoring the fact that Jeb Bush relied on a bogus felon list which disenfranchised about 5000 eligible black voters to enable his brother to win the state of Florida does not make it go away.
Never mind that the Brenda Snipes scandal later proved democrats had been committing voter fraud in Florida for decades.

You mean the FBI manufactured insurrection?
No, we mean the Donald J. Trump manufactured insurrection.

And yet not one person was ever charged with insurrection, not one. If the FBI knew there was going to be an "insurrection" and had 26 informants there to monitor, then why didn't they have FBI agents there instead of just informants? It was all a setup for political theater.

That's a lie. The Stewart Rhodes was convicted of seditious conspiracy. Enrique Tarrio – the Proud Boys longtime chairman – Ethan Nordean, Joseph Biggs and Zachary Rehl were also convicted of seditious conspiracy.

STOP LYING!!!

I asked you what Frank Giustra had to do with Rosatom and you show he had nothing to do with them. Thanks for confirming the ~$131 million he gave or pledged the Clintons had nothing to do with any of the Rosatom deal.

Show proof of that fraud in the 2000 election.
No fraud has been conclusively proven or disproven in the 2000 election but there was fraud in the 2016 election and that is why Brenda Snipes eventually
lost her job in spite of strong democrat opposition. Furthermore, fraud is hard to detect and extremely difficult to uncover due to the vast amount of time and expense required to do a thorough search. No thorough investigation was ever done on the many appearances of fraud in 2020 so proving that the fraud was not thoroughly examined and found to be false. Democrats know this which is why they are continuing to commit massive open fraud in California and elsewhere today.

Thanks again for showing Frank Giustra sold his business to Uranium One, years before Rosatom bought a majority of Uranium One, showing there was no connection between the $145 million the Clintons received with Rosatom.

And thanks for admitting "all official investigations concluded without evidence of wrongdoing."

Brenda Snipes had nothing to do with the 2000 election. I'm talking about the 2000 election, so why are you diverting away from it? ~5000 eligible black voters were disenfranchised because of a bogus felons list Jeb Bush state disperesed to every county.

What a guy that Guistra must have been to donate more than $100 million to the Clinton piggy bank foundation just because he liked them.

The Brenda Snipes scandal proved democrats had been committing voting fraud for decades in Brevard County, Florida.

Who knows what his reasons were but you showed it had nothing to do with Rosatom buying up a majority of Uranium One.

Guistra got his boost in questionable mining investments with Bill Clinton's influence with Eastern European leaders and that mining grew to include uranium mining which Guistra sold to business interests tied to Russia as a result of the Clintons' help and Hillary's connection to Russian interests in US uranium mining.

Why do none of your claims ever have links?

Has nothing to do with Rosatom. You started this by posting a video of Schweizer and Gorka on Fox News claiming the Clinton's were paid $145 million to approve of a deal where a Russian company would get 20% of our uranium. But after you proved that was false, you're trying to divert to other business dealings.

And what business interests did Russia have with Uranium One in 2007?

Brenda Snipes Removed By Governor For Botching Elections; Replacement Had Key Role In Oliphant’s Suspension

BY BUDDY NEVINS

Brenda Snipes is history as Broward’s chief election official.

Brenda Snipes

Snipes botched so many elections that she was removed by Gov Rick Scott on Friday.
What does Brenda Snipes have to do with Brevard County?

Wray says he never lied. He said NO UNDERCOVER AGENTS….THERE WERE CONFIDENTIAL HUMAN INFORMANTS!

Also, Behar flat out lies. No police were killed. Police DID THE KILLING. These people cannot keep their lies straight.

Maybe the informants dressed as MAGA could have deescalated instead of encouraging the Capitol breach.

And what business interests did Russia have with Uranium One in 2007?
Guistra did not transfer his unjustly gained interest in Uranium 1 to Russian businessmen in 2007, that happened later but the Clintons were involved in helping Giustra obtain Eastern European mining rights in 2005 which he later parlayed into an ownership stake in Uranium 1 and the Clintons were still involved in the sale of Uranium 1 assets to Russian businessmen in 2010.
