Leave the shattered statues right where they lay! Don't rebuild them!

A reminder to all future generations what utter filth the democrats are!

They are worse than the taliban or ISIS...Democrats equal destruction!

Interesting that FDR a somewhat far-left Democrat, chose a Republican (Eisenhower) to be his Supreme Commander of Allied Forces in the war in Europe. FDR didn't even blink when Eisenhower ordered round the clock carpet bombings of major German cities, reducing them to rubble, and killing thousands of innocent people.

This was war, and FDR knew it. In war, you have to do the unthinkable, or you perish. When the chips are really down, Democrats tend to agree with Republicans.

In the Pacific war, things were similar. Truman ordered the atomic bombing of Japan, killing thousands of innocent people. But he listened closely to MacArthur who explained about the worse option of fighting on the Japanese mainland. How horrific that would have been, after seeing what happened in Iwo Jima (6,800 Americans killed in 1 month) and Okinawa - 14,000 US Marines killed in 2 months + 100,000 Japanese killed (most of them committing suicide).

It is FALSE to call the soldier statues "DEMOCRATS".. Soldiers don't have any politics. They merely follow orders and fight wars. It is politicians who have politics. So the statues are NOT DEMOCRAT statues They are soldier statues, and that includes those of US presidents (Commander in Chief of US military)

the real reason the japanese surrenered... the USSR got into the war. IN fact, the Soviets did most of the heavy lifting in WWII, we just reaped the benefits.

Reality- Japan surrendered not because of the A-bomb (it was just another weapon) but because when the USSR entered the Pacific War, they faced the real possibility of being under Soviet occupation rather than American.

The statues that leftist criminals have torn down and destroyed, should all be rebuilt and replaced right back to where they were. In addition, for each statue or monument ruined, there there should be 2 or 3 put up.

Also, the creeps who are jailed for destroying these statues, should be required to have a picture of the replacement statue in their prison cell, which they would have to look at every day, as they rot there, for 10 years.

Confederate leaders rebelled against the nation, committed treason and sedition, murdered thousands upon thousands of our countrymen and are honored.

But apparently tearing down a statute is just going too far.
