Rep. Nancy Mace, a first-term Republican from South Carolina, has introduced a bill to decriminalize cannabis at the federal level

Whataboutism.

Pot is INCREDIBLY dangerous/addictive.
Hmmm...

There are a lot of people driving and smoking. The issue between alcohol and marijuana is that alcohol has been around for thousands of years and has been normalized within that time period. Liquor for most is a period of time to be buzzed. While a joint over a couple of minutes may achieve the same level.
Marijuana has been around longer than booze.

The liberal pot heads must be thrilled.
I know 10 times the republicans and trumpers that have smoked or ingested marijuana for year than I do libs. As matter of fact 99% of the population where I live voted for legal and medicinal legalization and the area is 99% registered republicans.

Pot is an INCREDIBLY dangerous and addictive drug, but addicts just want their fix.

Just because you keep repeating the same bullshit doesn't make it true

There are countless people who are drug addicts. After destroying themselves and near bankrupting their families trying to clean up their act. Even when clean they are damaged from years and decades of abuse. Tragically, many of these people are smarter than the equity hires we see but will not be hired. We see the massive costs of the NASA SLS Rocket as a perfect example of this.

And?

Some hard working person should be denied the legal option to smoke a little pit after a hard day's work. Got it.
