A "frozen" picture? Do you keep it in the freezer? Since we are arguing linguistics here, a frozen picture is actually called a Still. A frozen video frame is called a Video Frame.

And most all of the video of the Good shooting was taken at a distance to far away using low-quality consumer video which is what cellphone camera really are. Even good digital cellular cameras suffer a huge loss of resolution when trying to shoot 24 frames a second at 32 bit resolution or whatever they are now shooting at.

1. IT DOES NOT MATTER what you think any video shows. A police officer who is faced with what appears to be a credible threat on his life does not have 30 videos to study for days, he has about 0.5 seconds at best to react to a perceived threat and take action to protect his life.
2. There is video posted here zoomed in on her tires from the rear left which clearly shows when her front tire spun and when she hit the gas, her tire spun with the tires pointed straight at the officer. She was in the process of still cutting over to the right, but when her car caught traction and pulled out, it started going straight forward before veering right. There was another car to her right she had to clear befor going down the street. By that time, her car was already going into the cop and he only avoided serious injury that he tried to jump back out of her way while she continued to steer right that he was only lightly impacted by her car instead of outright run over.
3. These guys are being driven at, shot at, attacked on a daily basis now. The officer in question was just recently attacked by a car and dragged 150 feet leaving him needing 32 stitches.

An officer has a split second to decide and once that is done, he is committed. Get your head out of your ass and quit defending felony behavior.

NOTE: poking someone with your finger, you can be charged with assault. Hitting someone with your car, even if you did not intend to, and only bruising them because they managed to get far enough out of your way is a serious threat of bodily harm.

Vehicles are considered deadly weapons which is why people use them to drive down crowded streets in parades killing 30 people. That is why when in your car and stopped by a cop, you are required to shut off the engine keeping both hands on the wheel in plain view.
