The situation reminds me of the likewise irresponsible shooting death of Ashli Babbit by the U.S. Capitol Police during Jan 6th.

Babbit was part of a violent mob invading the Capitol through a window they had smashed.

Good was attempting to leave the area, alone, in her vehicle as she had just been ordered to do.
She had turned her wheels to get around another masked man who was impeding her exit.

Neither killing was necessary.
