What’s deceptive is trying to use the “illegals can’t vote” approach. We already know that illegals are given voter registration cards when they sign up for benefits etc, and are never asked for proof of citizenship.

So, if those voter registrations are turned in and nobody ever catches it, then they would appear as legal voters, when they are not, and no investigation will catch that.

This is why I say we need voter ID, proof of citizenship, and a massive deep dive into the voter roles to purge them of anyone who shouldn’t be on them.

I believe they sign an affidavit saying they are legally able to vote, and every one assumes they didn't violate the law when they signed that affidavit. So, they need to be punished for violating the law when they signed that affidavit too.

The problem with that is, there have been cases where people have been told they were eligible to vote by the poll workers. And after they voted, they were prosecuted for illegally voting.
Maybe they need an election lawyer at the polls, so you can ask a legal professional about the law, and your eligibility.

My number was based on the claims from Texas of the number of illegals voting. The case law, prosecutions, doesn't bear this out. And when Trump set up the Kobach election integrity commission to find voter fraud, it was closed down after failing to find anything more than low double digits nationwide.
