Who did he 'terrorize,' a and what is the law he broke, and if he did, why isn't he being charged?
Jews, retard. Damn. Guess I'm done here. Fuck.
American Jewish students, I already said retard.
That's not in line with American sentiment or laws. :nono:
Fuck your Pally boy, his ass is going back to things that Israel built, and Israel leveled because Palestinians are inbred,
Nazi-loving, (yet Nazis would exterminate them inbred goat molesters in a nanosecond) pieces of shit skidmarks on the underwear of humanity! He's going back to rubble. Fuck him!
I'd just as soon him be dealt with right here, American style. Would you like that?
He'd never be seen or heard from again, I'll tell you that. It'd be so nice. :D
Save some airfare, too.

I'll expect you to apologize for this post.
G'luck with that. You may not realize how pissed off I am about that shit being allowed on college campuses in America.
But let me tell you something, it is a thing. A thing that happened that never should have.
It's equivalent to Klan rallies being sanctioned to have on-campus rallies, idiot.

well there's a lot that could be said about that FF.

of course, much is dependent on perspective

i often wonder what our founding fathers would have said viewing what the government they created morphed into

Agreed.

The establishment (regardless of party,) seem to be conditioning folks to reject the constitution.

I see insane arguments to limit everyone's liberty, on both sides now.

I say that he is a legal resident, and that the Constitution applies to him.

Permanent legal residents are protected under the laws of the United States and all local jurisdictions. In addition, permanent legal residents are protected and maintain rights as given by the Constitution, including due process of law and equal protection under the law.

No statutes, case law, state laws, etc trump the Constitution. That's my position:
The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, ratified in 1791, protects fundamental freedoms, including freedom of religion, speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the government.

  • Freedom of Speech:
This protects the right to express oneself, even if the expression is unpopular or controversial.

Please answer with a YES or NO:
So are you saying that it is illegal (unconstitutional) to deport Khalil?

What charges have been brought against him.

I expect our side to be different from the Fascist Democrats.

What is the reason for fighting them if we become them?
When they put him in jail for 3 years without a trial then you'd have a point.

"The detaining of Mahmoud Khalil, the Columbia University student and Palestinian activist who possessed a green card, has raised questions about the deportation risks faced by lawful permanent residents amid the Trump administration's escalating crackdown on immigration."
He is not a student

jews have been terrorized on the Columbia campuses for
DECADES. It's not supposed to be that way. The same
is true of Princeton and CUNY, albeit CUNY islamo nazism
is slightly more recent---a few decades as opposed to MANY.
Denial is nothing new---it precedes the 'holocaust' by
centuries.
