He will be deported for two reasons:

The powers that be want him out

and

not all of us are strong enough to resist the powers when they are wrong.

Where are you?
the leader of the Proud Boys, Enrique Tarrio, learned that the consequence of conspiring to oppose by force the lawful transfer of presidential power is 22 years in federal prison.”Sep 5, 2023.

Where were you? Tarrio who has been pardoned by Trump was not near DC on Jan 6 yet he was locked up.

I've supplied my view, and the court decisions that support it, and the Constitutional basis for allowing him to protest.

All you do is repeat "Is not, is not, isssssssss noooooottttttttttttt!!!!?"

I worry when there are immature individuals like you on our side. So very much like the Brown Shirts of an earlier time.

If I had compared you to Lavrentiy Beria, would you have known who I was talking about?
Protesting unless done on Jan 6 2020 is legal. Protesting does not include the destruction of a university campus and facilities there. It means he could chat. And had he only chatted, he would still be in New York City with his wife who is pregnant.

The court you cited also was who caused Roe v Wade to be law but a recent court got rid of it.

Really stupid cartoon there BC. It's over generalized with no details or facts. Criticizing is different than supporting terrorists and standing by while students, who believe what you say, turn violent and cause chaos. How is it you cannot seem to understand the difference?

This is getting tiresome. Where did he say he supports terrorism or terrorists? Back yourself up. You folks throw that word around more than IM2 throws the word racist around. You seem to think that anyone who opposes children being blown up by our tax dollars is a terrorist, by golly!

If he committed a crime, then of course he should be charged, convicted and pay the price. But so far, no one seems to have any evidence that he committed crimes.

Like I said earlier, this whole thing seems to be about squashing and criminalizing dissent. Things are getting more Orwellian by the day.

He supports Hamas/Palestinian/Gaza protests against Jews. Those groups want to expunge Jews from their own land. "From the river to the sea." Everything he preaches is rooted in hatred and violence. Besides, I am an American, I voted and, our President, who appointed Marco Rubio, Sec. of State who said......

"Secretary of State Marco Rubio has initiated removal efforts for Mahmoud Khalil, a pro-Palestinian activist, by citing Section 237(a)(4)(C)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which denotes individuals whose presence poses serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States as deportable."

BTW Palestinians are represented by who they voted for...HAMAS. As I already posted, and you ignored, he poses a threat to our foreign policy with one of our best allies. Israel.

You don't want to back America, it's obvious.

I didn't ask if he supports the palestinians, we all know that. Like millions of other people around the world, he opposes the mass killing of babies, children and other civilians. I asked where did he say he supports terrorism or terrorists? Still waiting. And by evidence I mean something more than words from politicians or their mouthpieces in the MSM.

Palestinians voted for Hamas who promote genocide. Why would one support them? That is not talking points it's what I know from research.

This is sounding like we are playing Survivor. And for some odd reason the jailed party gets all the sympathy though he led a revolt at Columbia where his group destroyed property and banned students from being allowed in their own quarters.

We have two forgotten parties. The university and the students who were damaged.

That is demonstrably false. The last election in Gaza was in 2006. Since roughly half the current population there is under 18, that means a good chunk of the population was either not born yet or children at the time, and obviously not old enough to vote.

I did a search on this, and reportedly only 45% of Gaza's current population was eligible to vote at that time. And how do we know the election was even legit?

Furthermore, as I already posted earlier on the thread, Israel had a part in creating Hamas in the first place, and funded Hamas for years. Either you're unaware of that, or you're showing a lot of cognitive dissonance here.

You don't want to back America, it's obvious.

That's the funniest thing I've heard all year. True patriots defend liberty and the constitution, which is what a few of us on this thread have been doing. And as an American who has eyes to see and ears to hear, I'm not gullible enough to get tricked into trading liberty for "security"....which is what our founders warned us against. And that's the trick you TV-watching dupes have fallen for, for years. Turn off the TV and stop believing lies, because you are unwittingly helping the powers-that-shouldn't-be destroy this country, slowly but surely.

Maybe you missed my posts where I said (a few times) that anyone who committed crimes should be charged and pay the price.

But I also wonder about these high profile events... like I mentioned earlier on the thread, "Order out of Chaos" is one of the main M.Os of the powers-that-shouldn't-be. It's an age old tactic, that they keep using, because it works.

So I'm curious to know if this is a case of 'planned chaos'... and if there were any agent provocateurs, in order to have a pretext to crack down on legitimate dissent. Don't automatically believe everything the talking heads on the TV tell you. There's usually more to the story. And someone who values truth investigates it, beyond only what the TV says.

There is no criminal charge against Khalil.
.

They don't need to arrest Khalil or bring charges against him ...
The Department of Homeland Security can detain him indefinitely.

That's what happens when you grant the Federal Government more power than it should have ...
And Khalil is lucky they are just sending him back home.

I mean say whatever you want ...
But that's the way the cookie crumbles ...

.

Hamas was controlling Gaza. Hamas led the attack on Israel Oct. 7, 2023 which resulted in 1,200 innocent deaths of Israeli Citizens after that, in Jan 2025 a ceasefire agreement was reached. Palestine has been attacking Israel ever since it lost the war in 1948. Indeed, even before that, when an agreement to split the area into Jewish and Palestinian states was rejected by the Arabs because they wanted as much land as Israel. Palestine is a sticking point as both factions claim it and it is part of their religion. So, I know a bit about the history there.

My point is that Hamas savagely attacked Israel in 2023. Since Hamas controls Palestine protesting for Palestine today should be seen as support for genocide. This guy Khalil supports that, he is not a citizen and he should be deported.

Lol. You totally dodged everything I said in my previous post to you. I'd rather believe what Israeli officials openly admitted in regard to what I said in post #508 than your Establishment narrative. A narrative handed to you by the very people who want all these wars in the first place. Do you not see the conflict of interest there?

As for the other stuff you mentioned, it's all off topic, but all you're doing is parroting the same ol globalist neocon Establishment narrative. The one they want you to believe, to keep you cheering for these neverending wars. It's based on lies upon lies, and deception and half-truths. But if you're not going to address the things I said, I'm not going to get into this with you. Not only is it off topic, but I get the feeling it would be a waste of time anyway. I'll just say this... Turn off the TV.

No, I looked it up just like you did but apparently I comprehended more than you. You do realize that this is a religious war?

The UK has already fallen.
They are under the control of people that support terrorist groups, so of course they don't believe in freedom of speech.

Twitter is considered a threat to the UK because they think it's okay to lock someone up for posts on social media that they don't agree with.
Do you want that kind of thought police action to come to the United States? Because if you keep supporting people like Mahmoud Khalil, who don't believe in freedom of speech unless they can take advantage of it, pretty soon you'll be hearing your door getting kicked in for something rational and legal you posted on social media that a fascist government doesn't agree with.
What's Twitter?

Remember Who We Are

I'll tell you who we are not. We are not a nation of 20 year olds that stormed the beaches are Normandy without hesitation facing certain death. We are not a population that wants to work for success, we want to have some kind of award just for breathing. We also are not the kind of people that defend their rights and refuse to be absorbed into a nanny state for permanent care taking. We also seem to have problems relating to other people, and instead want others to think and be just like them, totally insecure in their own existence. We are someone who wants to receive millions for spilling coffee on themselves, accept a dysfunctional government as long as it produces nice stories on TV, and are quite comfortable blaming someone else for our failures.

They don’t ‘seem’ to think opposing mass murder of children is a terrorist, they really believe it. They really believe tens of thousands of murdered children all were human shields, so killing them is acceptable.

The power of the Zionist controlled media can’t be discounted. These people are dumb dupes unable to think for themselves.

To a dumb MFer like you, opposing genocide means you oppose America. In your small mind, we all must support the Zionist apartheid regime or be considered anti-American.

Sieg Heil!

Fucking Nazi!
